Why don't you publish a single per-seat price?
Because customer-conversation volume varies wildly by industry, channel mix, and starting compliance posture. A single per-seat number would either over-charge small teams or under-quote networks. We give you a real number after a short discovery so it reflects your real business.
Is BYAI compliant with local rules?
BYAI is designed to align with ACMA, the Australian Privacy Principles, and industry frameworks — AHPRA for dental, AUSTRAC for property, the upcoming SMS sender ID registry, and SOC 2-aligned controls. We recommend you obtain your own compliance review before deployment.
How long does it take to go live?
Typical implementations run four weeks from kickoff — discovery in week one, build and integration in weeks two and three, supervised pilot in week four. We aim for live, not for slides.
Does BYAI replace my staff?
No. The agent handles the first response, qualification, booking, reminders, and recovery — so your team only sees the leads that are warm and ready. Care, judgement, and relationship still belong to your people.
Where does my data live and who can see it?
Conversation data lands in your CRM of record. We retain only what we need to run the service, with role-based access for your team and encryption in transit and at rest. Audit trails are on by default.
What if it doesn't work for us?
The pilot includes a defined success criteria and an exit clause. If the platform doesn't meet the criteria we agreed to, you don't roll over into the subscription. We'd rather you not buy than buy unhappily.
Do I need to switch CRMs or telephony?
No. BYAI connects to the stack you already run — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Twilio, Aircall, Vonage, Google Calendar, Outlook, Stripe, custom — via published connectors or webhooks.
Can I pause the agent if something feels wrong?
Yes. Any channel can be paused instantly, and so can the agent globally. The review console lets your team examine sample conversations and tune the agent on rails you set.
